My Friend

What can I say

Except it is thus,

That she is my friend

Through knowledge and trust.

And with more knowledge

Our friendship will grow,

And we will walk hand and hand
Into the future unknown.

With my friend at my side
Adventures we'll seek,

And live life more fully

For the company we keep.
