I was so pleased to be invited to appear on the Effortless English Show. A.J. Hoge is the Founder of the System and the Director of Effortless English LLC.
We had an opportunity to talk about reading and writing with regard to his members, who are English as a Second Language (ESL) students. I am inspired and impressed with their dedication to learning English by reading authentic English material as their main source of education.
Here is the YouTube recording of the program for your review and enjoyment.

New Biographical Video
My dear friend, John Hale (also known as Hamburger Fry to his readers) has decided to take on a new venture. He has worked long hard hours to put together a studio so he can offer voice-over work and book trailers to his fellow authors.
I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the first.
I must say I am very pleased with his work.
Have a listen.

Our Quiet Corner - Our Garden, April 2014
I have had several folks on twitter ask me to video my garden. I must confess this is my first stab at making a video (interesting what you can do with an iPad) so, please forgive that it is in portrait instead of landscape and I say pretty at least a dozen times.
This one is long because I made it as if you were at my side for a 'first time' garden tour.
I intend to film updates as the garden grows over the spring, summer and fall. Since you will be familiar with the garden by then, they will be shorter videos, made up of highlights of what is blooming at the time.

Next stop the wisteria and the columbine bed in bloom.
Enjoy Spring!
